OVER ONE' MILLION LAST YEAR. , ■ J (British Wireless), Rec. 5'5. p.m. Rugby, Dec. 2. The aeronautical correspondent of the 'fimes, commenting on the steady growth during the last five years of British trade* in the -manufacture of military aeroplanes, states that .machines constructed in Britain are now in use by the air forces of 24 foreign nations. The value of last year's sales of aircraft and engines abroad exceeded that of the previous year and over £1,000,000. The total will certainly be higher in the current year.
