WEDDING

MARTIN—PITCAITHLY. The marriage of Effie, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. tyf. Pitcaithly, to William Heriry, elder son of Mr. and Mrs Martin, Mosgiel, was solemnised at Knox Presbyterian Church, Eltham, on Wednesday, November 12. The Rev. J. A. Ryburn performed the ceremony. Miss Madden played the wedding fnusic. The church, which was. decorated in pink, blue and white blossom by friends of the bride, was filled with guests. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of ivory marietto fashioned with a plain bodice, and scolloped cape giving a coatee effect. The ski long and 'flared with uneven hemline, was vandyked on to the bodice. The veil of embroidered tulle was caught at the head with orange blossom, The bridal bouquet held many choice flowers The bridesmaids, Barbara.and Tipi, sisters of the bride, were fracked alike in azure blue georgette sleeveless frocks, with coatees and lace straw hats of the same shade. They carried bouquets of choice blue and pink flowers.
