NATIONAL, RECONSTRUCTION. London, Nov. 1(1. The British Government has officially recognised General Chang Hsueh-liang, ion of the late Marshal Chang Tso-lin, dictator of ijukden, as the national reconstructor of China. At the invitation of the Chinese Government, Sir Miles Lampson, British, Minister to China, is to proceed to Nanking to attend the festivities for the retr ’ cation of China, ordered by Chang Hsueh-liang. The occasion is hailed as the dawn of a new epoch, Yen Hsi-shan and Feng J'u-hiiang having temporarily retired in Chang Hsueh-liang’s favour.
