Tim prosecution alleged that Price sent out a circular counselling disobedience of the Police Commissioner’s orders. The Commissioner recently disbanded the Police Association. The magistrate described Price’s offence as grave and calculated, to bring about a mutinous condition in the police force. Price gave notice of appeal.
