LOSS BY FREEZING WORKS
CANTERBURY FARMERS’ CONCERN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Ths fifteenth' annual report of the North Canterbury Sheepfarmers’ Co-op-erative Freezing Company states that a considerable increase in the number of stock handled at the works has been shown during the year. The contract for the sale of a portion of the output had worked satisfactorily but a considerable loss had been sustained on the reraair'-ig portion, leaving a deficiency on the year’s operations of £5411, which the directors recommend should be added to the loss brought forward. The directors regard with satisfaction the completion of arrangements for the sale of the whole of the output of meat on satisfactory terms for the coming season.
