ARBITRATION ON DISPUTE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, November 18. The Salvation Army conference decided to constitute a board -■ arbitration, consisting of the five leading officers and empowered to settle disputes between the General and any commissioner, territorial commander or other high official. - Either the General or the officer may appeal, to the board.
The conference authorised the General to apply to Parliament for an Act. establishing the reforms resolved by the conference. <
