COMPLAINTS FROM BRADFORD. INVESTIGATION BY MR.' FORBES. • By Telegraph—Press Assn.'—Copyright. London, November 18. When Mr. Forbes visits Bradford he will discuss with Sir Frederick Akroyd and other leading wool users the pfoblem of the wool of Romney flocks, which ie alleged to be losing its spinning property. Bradford experts say that Romnew fleeces have fallen off in quality recently owing to pastoralists, not being particular enough .in the selection,.of rams. Spinners maintain that 'Rbmneys. are not being bred true "to' type and contain thick, small hairs which constitute a hindrance. . Mr. Forbes will visit Scotland and other important provincial centres in the interests of the New Zealand trade, also Ireland and France, before his final departure.
