Rec. 7 p.m. London, Nov. 18. Nicknamed the British Carnera, the 6ft. 6in. heavyweight Jack Pettifer, London, defeated Tom Berry, ex-cruiser weight champion, who retired in the third round after going down to a short count.
Alf. Manchini outpointed Leo Wax in 15 rounds.
