FLYING TO AUSTRALIA
FRENCHMAN SEEKING RECORD. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10.10 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 13. "Wakefield and Company have been advised that the French aviators Lalloute and Goulette are to continue their voyage to Australia. \ All records for light aeroplane flights from Europe to India have been eclipsed by the Frenchmen Lalloutte, the pilot, and Goulette, the owner, who, leaving Paris in a Farman monoplane at midnight on Saturday, arrived at Karachi on Alonday evening, stated a cable received on Wednesday. The flight •was kept /ret, the object being to reach Saigon in five days from Paris and demonstrate the possibility of a fast parcel service between Franch and Indio-China.
