SPECIAL .ORDER DEFINING MANGAONE DRAINAGE DISTRICT. 'J'HAT in pursuance and ■ exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 168 ‘‘Counties Act .1920” and of all other acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling and in pursuance of a petition of not less than one half of the ratepayers of that part of the Waitara Riding, of the County of Taranaki as described hereunder the' Taranaki County Council resolves by way of special order as follows: That the part of the Waitara Riding 'of the County of Taranaki as described in the schedule hereunder shall be a district for the purpose of the construction and maintenance of drainage works therein. That such district shall be called the ‘Mangaone Drainage District.”' That the proposed ‘Mangaone Drainage District” shall be constituted and come into force as from the eighth day of December, 1930. SCHEDULE. All that area of land situated in the Hua District wtihin the County of Taranaki comprising Sub-divisions 1 and 2 of Native Reserve Section 149, Native Reserve Section 151, Sections 5 to 16 both inclusive' bf Katerc Native Reserve (Section 162) Part Section 38, Parts of Sections 93 and 15, Sub-divisions B and 2D of Native Reserve Section 156, Part Section 49, Sections 51, 52A, 53 Part Section 45, Section 48, Part Section 49, Section 51, Parts Sections 55, 5,6, and 7 Block 6 Paritutu Survey District and as more particularly described in a description of boundaries of the proposed Mangaone Drainage District shown in detailed schedule and plan ■ deposited at the Taranaki County Office, Robe Street, New Plymouth.
