'J'HAT in pursuance and ■ exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 168 ‘‘Counties Act .1920” and of all other acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling and in pursuance of a petition of not less than one half of the ratepayers of that part of the Waitara Riding, of the County of Taranaki as described hereunder the' Taranaki County Council resolves by way of special order as follows: That the part of the Waitara Riding 'of the County of Taranaki as described in the schedule hereunder shall be a district for the purpose of the construction and maintenance of drainage works therein. That such district shall be called the ‘Mangaone Drainage District.”' That the proposed ‘Mangaone Drainage District” shall be constituted and come into force as from the eighth day of December, 1930.
