SLIPPED ON STONY BEACH
DUNEDIN MAN FOUND DROWNED.

At the inquest into the death of James Riley, aged 60, a married man whose body was found on the rocks at the St. Clair beach on Sunday mornin", the coroner remarked that Riley apparently slipped’and fell on the rough stony beach, was disabled, and thereupon drowned. The verdict was “found drowned.”
