Hughes, £6 18s lid (costs £1 13s 6<l) ; Taranaki Hospital 'Board v. E. C. Barclay, £ll 16s 6d (costs £2 18s); same v. J. G. Boulton, £69 6s (costs £4 15s); S. Mawkes v. T. Butler, 15s lid (costs 13s); same v. J. Jury, £3 12s (costs'£l 3s Gd); V. A. Gunson v. O. E. Bayly, £5 Is 6d (costs £1 12e 6<j) I C. E. Monaghan v. H. Anderson, £l5 Is 8d (costs £2 16s); E. L. Mason v. E. W. Hindrup, £95 2s 8d (costs £5 12s). Under a judgment summons N. I. W. Brown was ordered to pay W. J. Rew and J. McCracken £lO 11s 6d and 21s costs forthwith, in default 10 days’ imprisonment.
