Pleading guilty to 12 charges of theft of butter of a total value of £75 and one of theft of £2O in money, Walter Scott Ettles, aged 26, was remanded till next Tuesday by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., to-day. ‘“He has Buckley’s chance of getting a job now in town,” declared the probation officer when the question of restitution was being considered by the court.
