An inquest has been held on Christine Margaret Carter," aged' 20, daughter of a bank-manager, Palmerston North, who fell .50 feet from a bedroom window at’ the Hbtel Kensington at 12.10 a.m. Miss Aiken, secretary and companion of Mrs. Carter, gave evidence that Miss Carter was most cheerful and had neither love affair nor financial worries.
