LEPPERTON FUNCTION
EUCHRE AND DANCE HEW. A most enjoyable evening was ...spent last night at Lcpperton. Euchre engaged those who favoured cards for about two hours in the - supper room, while others enjoyed themselves in the hal Idancing to music supplied by Kenton’s orchestra. Winners .of the euchre prizes were-as follows:—Ladies, Miss E. George 1, Mrs. Banks 2; men, Mr. P. Sampson 1, Mr. F. Sampson 2. Mr. C. Hellier and his committee had the arrangements well in hand. Mr. R. Paul and Mr. P. Sampson were in charge of the euchre, and supper was arranged by the ladies’ committee, Mrs. Hellier, Mrs. R. Paul, Miss Knofflock, Miss E. George and Miss Hodgson. Extras were played by Miss L. Marsh and W. N. Edwin. Mr. Des George WM master ’of" ceremonies.
