MAGISTRATE’S COURT
UNDEFENDED CIVIL CASES. Judgment by default was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in the following undefended civil cases in the New’ Plymouth Magistrate’s Court yesterday;— Taranaki Hospital Board v. Edward J. Pentecost, £l4 2s (costs £1 9s); Messrs. Spence and Anderson v. J. W. Cox, £1 10s (12s); P. F. Burrows, Ltd., v. J. W. Moore £lB 10s (£2 17s); E. Cawthray v. Thomas Inia £lO (£2 2s 6d); Morey’s Ltd. v. Willie Te Whiti £4, 3s (£1 14s 6d); J. W. Watt v. H. L. Tilly £l2 Ils (£2 14s). Under judgment summons T. Todd was ordered to pay W. Harris £6 14s Off (costs 15s 6d) forthwith, in default 7 days’ imprisonment.
