MAN CRUSHED AT BLACKBALL
COMMENT BY THE CORONER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Greymouth, Sept. 26. LA 4 the inquest this morning on Samuel Gljus'son, who was killed at' the Blackball mine bins on Tuesday through be-
ing crushed between railway trucks and' a prop supporting the bins, a verdict, that death was caused by shock as a result of the injuries was returned. The coroner, Mr. Meldrum, . added:. “The evidence shows that the closeness of the props to the lines was a source of danger to those stopping the. trucks at the bins, and the brake on the waggon which caused the accident was defective.”
