CUTTY SARK DELAYED
FLYING BOAT SNUGLY MOORED. RETURN WHEN GALE ABATES. Owing to rough seas and the westerly izale which continued at New Plymouth vesterduy the "Cutty Sark” flying boat, win arrived at New Plymouth on 'Thursday, did not return to Hobsonville. The boat rode easily at her moorings between the Moturoa and Newton King win. I o and despite the storm that was ragirig out of the harbour, was snugly accommodated. It is anticipated that if the storm abates sufficiently a start will be made some time after S o clock this morning. Durng the morning Flying-Officer Keith conducted Squadron-Leader L. M. Isitt over the New Plymouth Aero Club aerodrome at Bell Block. Tho hangar and the machines were inspected. Squad-ron-Leader Isitt commented favourably on the aerodrome and the fact that the site allowed for much development. The machines, too, he remarked, were in iirst-class order.
