KINGSFORD SMITH’S PLANS. COMMENCEMENT NEXT MONTH. Instead of a Gipsy Aloth lie will use an Avian single-seater aeroplane, lilted with a Hermes engine. The ma* chine has been christened the Southern Cross Junior. A number of interesting photographs, showing the airman and his new machine, will be carried by Kingsford Smith on his flight to Australia.
