DIED IN DETECTIVE’S ARMS
DRAMATIC SYDNEY SUICIDE. MANAGER OF WEAVING MILLS. : By Telegraph—Press- Assn. —Copyright. Rec. p.v. Sydney, Sept, 24. A dramatic suicide occurred outside the detective headquarters to-day. William Alt, aged 45, manager of the Wattle weaving mills at Camperdown, was brought to the detective office in a police ear. He had just alighted when he whipped out a revolver and shot himself in the temple. He fell into the arms of an escorting detective and died immediately.
