ON TRACK OF TERRORISTS
POLICE ACTIVITY IN INDIA. BOMB FACTORY FOUND IN PUNJAB. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Delhi, Sept. 22. The Punjab police are hard on the track of terrorists. They discovered a factory containing twenty bombs, besides material for their manufacture. The police also found on the banks ot the river Vavi the skeleton of a man in a grave, obviously hastily dug. The police believe that these arc the remains or Thomas Bhagwanti Charan, second m .command of the Punjab terrorists, who has been warded by the police for two years for conspiring. It is believed that a bomb exploded in his hands while tests were being made. . . Four Gonds were killed and 50 injuicd at a Bordcshi village in the Bctual district in the Central Provinces as a result of a clash with police, when several hundred Gonds attempted io rescue those arrested. The Gonds are a most primitive tribe.
