COMPLETE BAN BY CANADIANS. DECREE BY ORDER-IN-COUNCIL. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 8.55 p.m. Ottawa, Sept. 11. Complete prohibition of all Asiatic immigration into Canada, except from countries with which the Dominion hrs a special treaty agreement or convention regulating immigration, is decreed by an Order-in-Council tabled in the House of Commons.
