AMATEUR ROAD CYCLING
HANDICAPS FOR TO-MORROW. The second race of the third series conducted by the New Plymouth Amateur Cycling and Athletic Club will be held to-morrow, commencing at 2.15 p.m. at Smith Street. The course will be via Vogeltown, Junction Road, Inglewood, Waiongona, Lepperton Junction, and will finish at Waiwakaihb flat. The handicaps are: J. Horne, E. Reed, L. Heatley scr, M. Snowden 20sec., J. Gillies 30sec., R. Gardiner 45see., T. Batten Gusec.
