DIVORCE DECREE GRANTED
•P.ETITION OF ANDREW SMITH. On the grounds of separation Andrew Smith was in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth on Saturday granted a decree nisi from Jessie Smith, to be made absolute after three months. Smith said Ire was living in Auckland. He was married at Stratford on October 31. 1912, to Jessie Fraser. They lived at Ratapiko and New Plymouth, except while he was at the war. On April 16, 192-1, they separated. There were two chiMren. Thomas Thomson, insurance d.jPlymouth, gave ci Mr. C. appeared for Smith.
