He was married, the name of his wife being Ellen Maguire. It is believed that she was related to her husband, and that her maiden surname was Maguire. They had a son Thomas, born September 8, 1859. He left New Zealand when he was about sixteen yeans of age, This couple had two other children, James and William. The son Thomas is now dead leaving ft small estate, and the children or descendants of James and William are entitled to this estate. — Particulars should be sent to the undersigned without delay.
