DEPOSITION OF DICTATORSHIP. By Telegraph—Press -Assn. —Copyright, Lima, Aug. 28. The new military Government, headed by Lieutenant-Colonel Luis Gero, who initiated a revolutionary movement a week ago, assumed complete control on Thursday, displacing the 11-year-old dictatorship of the deposed President Augusto Leguia and the junta of General Manuel Ponce, which on Monday received the President’s resignation.
