SENTENCE AGAIN DEFERRED.
COUNSEL GRANTED APPLICATION. Bert Thomas again appeared before Mr. Justice Ostler yesterday morning for sentence for six breaches ofthe Bankruptcy Act. His Honour: Would you care to say anything further, Mr. Croker? Mr. Croker: Only to ask if you, sir, would be kind enough'to' remand him for sentence till this day week ? ’ - The judge said he would agree to that and thereupon, remanded Thomas till next Monday at 10 a.m.
