AGREEMENT IN N. AMERICA U.S.A. PROPOSALS TO EMPIRE CONTROL OF N AVI GA TI ON / By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Washington, Aug. 21. The United States and Canada have entered into a reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving the way for the granting of licenses by each country
to the fliers of (he other and for permission for civil aircraft to enter their territories. Each country is also able to accept eeriiliates of air-worthiness in connection with aircraft entering either country in the form of merchandise.
Drafts of similar agreements have been proposed and submitted to Britain, the Irish Free State, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
