The abnormally high death rate of patients suffering from gastro-enteritis, which occurred at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children in Sydney during January, February and Alarcli of thisyear, is referred to in the annual repoi't of the institution. The increased percentage mortality, the report states, was due entirely to the deaths among infants suffering from gastro-enteritis.
