RECAPTURE OF ESCAPEE
HAD FORTNIGHT AT LIBERTY By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. After being at liberty for two weeks : Timothy Edward Cosgrove, who escaped from tho Paparuft prison on August was arrested while working on a farm near Dunsandel this afternoon. A constable at Leeston learned that a man answering Cosgrove’s description was employed on a farm. He drovo out m a car and seized the man while he was grubbing gorse on the roadside. Cosgrove offered no resistance and did not deny his identity. He was still in prison clothes.
