MEAT BOARD ELECTION
RESULT OF THE BALLOT. By'‘Telegraph—Tress Assn.—Copyright. Wellington, Last Night. The returning officer for the Meat Producers’ Board announces the result of the postal ballot conducted for the purpose of Meeting delegates to represent the various districts 'on the electoral committee, which meets in Wellington on August 28, to consider the eighth annual report and the accounts and to elect two producers’ representatives on the board.
An election was not necessary in the districts of Gisborne, West Coast, Wairarapa, North and Mid-Canterbury, South Canterbury and Otago as the delegates nominated for those districts did not exceed the number required. The . full personnel of the electoral committee is: Auckland district, Mr. F. R. Seddon; Hamilton, Mr. H. E. Worsp; Wlia-ngarei-Gisborne, Messrs J. E. Benson (Ormond), E. R. Black (Gisborne); Hawke’s Bay, Messrs E. Averill (Hastings), R. S. Chadwick (Dannevirke), J. TI. Joll (Havelock North), and A. V. S. Reed (Napier); West Coast district, Messrs T. Currie (Brunswick), J. Knight (Feilding), L. W. Wall (Kairanga); Wairarapa, Messrs J. M. James (Masterton), M. McLeod (Martinbori ough); Marlborough-Nelson-Westland, | Messrs T. Morrin (Seddon), H.
