Flying Officer lan Keith left the Bell Block aerodrome for the south at twelve o’clock. At Hawera he picked up a man to show him the landing field on. Mr. C. R. Honeyfield’s property at Patea, and from there he conveyed his passenger to Wanganui. Another business man was brought as far as Hawera on the return trip and Mr. Keith landed again at Bell Block about 5 p.m.
