FINE WEATHER, COLD KIGHTS.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will soon become fine generally but later showers will develop in Westland and Foveaux Strait. There will be cold night temperatures. An anticyclone of slight intensity is moving on to New Zealand but a deep depression has developed near Tasmania. There will bo light to moderate southerly winds veering gradually to westerlies in and south of Cook Strait and freshening in the south. Seas will be smooth to moderate but rising later in Foveaux Strait.
