RANGJTIKEI BAR ACCIDENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. • , ■ Palmerston N., Aug. 13. The Standard’s Bulls correspondent states that no sign has been seem of the two men, Victor Guinan and Colin Campbell, who’ have been missing since Monday afternoon, when they were oil a fishing expedition over the bar of the Rangitikei River.
