HEAVY TOLLING EXPECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. The by-election for the Invercargill seat takes place to-morrow, when it is expected there will be heavy pftlling. Keen interest has bee- taken in the campaign, which dosed this evening, both candidates, Mr. James Hargest (Reform and Mr. Vincent Ward (United) addressing crowded meetings.
