SIR T. LIPTON LEAVES FOR U.S.A. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 10. Sir Thomas Lipton sailed for. the United States to-day to race his yacht Shamrock V against a yacht selected to represent the United States for theAmerica Cup. He is extremely optimistic about the chances of Shamrock V.
