Mr. Pentclow purchased the farm at which the sale will b-e held "as a going, concern some 10 years ago and the herd at that time was an old-established one. Since then he has culled heavily and the herd has now attained a standard well above the average. The cows are mostly.. Jersey and Jersey cross, young, and in good condition, and-the majority are due to calve this month.
