SNOWDEN WINS ROAD CONTEST. The New Plymouth Amateur Cycle Club held a road race on Saturday from the hospital gates round Hurworth and back down Carrington Road. Results are: — H. Snowden (35seeJ 1 J. F. Gillies (30see.) 2 L. Heatley (scr.) 3 Ballen fell and cut his head.
