KARLSRUHE INCIDENT

The Berlin correspondent of the Times Bays the German Government has instructed the’ consul at Tanga to report on the Karlsruhe incidents. The Karlsruhe visited Zanzibar where- the usual welcome was extended by the British, who proposed., a football match. The captain declined to meet any team containing coloured men.
