Candish Bros., £56 Is 5d (£5 I3s fid); Taranaki Trade Association v. Albert Ashton, £lO ISs (£2 17s). Under judgment summons, at tlie suit of L. Baverstock, J. O’Neill was ordered to pay £2 Us, in default two days’ imprisonment.
