AGED MAN’S QUEST
NO TRACE OF RELATIVES. London, July 26. Mr. Taylor, aged 74, a puntman on the Lower Clarence River for 26 years, is to sail for Australia after a fruitless quest for his English relatives. He migrated to Australia in 1890 and revisited his home several months ago, thinking that he might spend the rest of his life among his relatives in scenes familiar to his youth. Finding that all his relations were dead, Mr. Taylor decided after a Jieartbreaking search to finish his life on the Clarence River, where he has many friends.
