Jn accordance with the provisions of the Rating Act 1925, public notice is hereby given that in pursuance of its powers under the provisions of the Opunake Harbour Act 1908 and its Amendments; it is the intention of the Opunake Harbour Board at a meeting to be held at the board’s office. Hector Place, Opunake, on FRIDAY, September 5, 1930. at 1.30 p.m. to make and levy a special rate of thirty three fiftieths of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) on all rateable property within that portion of the Egmont and Waiinate WestCounties included in the Opunake Harbour rating area and one penny and forty nine fiftieths of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Opunake Town District; for the period of twelve months commencing May 1, 1930, and ending April 30, 1931, and payable in one sum on September 19, 1930 at the office of the board.
