ATLANTIC FLIGHT ABANDONED

A Reykjavik menage 'states that Hirth and Weller have abandoned their flight to Greenland because there is no landinor place there. [The airmen left Stuttgart last week in a Klemm monoplane for Chicago, via the Orkneys. Iceland, Greenland an Newfoundland. They expected to reach Labrador in 25 hours.]
