HANDICAPS FOR TO-MORROW. The Waitara Cycle Club is holding the third, of the series of road races at 1.45 p.m. to-morrow. The senior race is to Onaero factory and. back and the junior race to Tikorangi school and hack. The following handicaps have been declared; — ' Seniors: A. Wiley, L. Claffey, J. Wigg, scratch; L. Tuffery, E. Oliver, 30sec; W. Hicks, Stteec; G. Fowler, H. Kopu, Imin 40sec; W. Huffam, J. Cooney, 2min. Juniors: G. Topless, G. Tuffery, B. Turner, scratch; J. Dimmer, R. Anderson, sQsec; W.
