GOLF IN TARANAKI

t N. PLYMOUTH BEATS INGLEWOOD. During the week-end a team of ten players ffom the New Plymouth dub visited Inglewood and played a match. The weather was perfect and the course in excellent order. The visitors won six games to their opponents to their opponents’ four, but practically all the games were sternly contested and five went to the last green. The Inglewood club entertained the visitors at dinner and afternoon tea and all spent a most enjoyable day. At the conclusion. Mr. R. 11.
