The John left Lyttelton on Saturday for New Plymouth, where she is due on Wednesday, via Wellington. Latev she proceeds to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.). The Progress loads at Dunedin today for New Plymouth, where she is due on August 11, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. (Hooker Bros.) The Opihi left Dunedin on Friday for New Plymouth, where she is due on on Wednesday, via usual ports. (U.S.S. Co.) The Totara left Lyttelton on Wednesday for New Plymouth via Wellington. She was due at New Plymouth last night and proceeds to Wellington for survey. (U.S.S. Co.) The Kanna loads 359 tons at Greymouth to-morrow for New Plymouth, where she is due on Thursday. Returning to Westport the vessel loads 500 tons of Stockton coal for New Jaymouth, latei 1 proceeding to Auckland. (U.S.S. Co.). REMUERA TO LOAD. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Remuera arrived at Port Chalmers on Friday morning from Wellington to continue discharge of her London .cargo, and is to leave again today for Lyttelton and New 'Plymouth to complete discharge. She will then commence her Homeward loading ; at New Plymouth, where she is due on August 11 to load 13,000 freight carcases of '■ meat, subsequently completing at Port Chalmers, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The vessel is due back at Wellington on August 27, and is scheduled to sail on August 29 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal. KIWITEA AT WELLINGTON. The Union Company’s Kiwitea arrived at Wellington on Saturday mornng from New Plymouth to continue discharge of her South Australian cargo. She was expected to leave' again later for Lyttelton and Timaru to complete discharge. HORORATA LEAVES MONTEVIDEO. Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the Hororata cleared Montevideo on July 30. She left Wellington on July 4 for Montevideo and London, carrying 19,000 freight carcases of meat, 4387 boxes of butter and 8105 crates of cheese loaded at New Plymouth during the second week in June. THE SUTLEJ RE-NAMED. The s.s. Sutlej, of about 5350 tons deadweight, built fri 1908, well-known in the Coolie service between Calcutta and Fiji, and owned by James Nourse, Ltd., London, has been sold for about £9OOO, delivery Calcutta. She was purchased by the Sun Shipping Company, Ltd. (Messrs. Mitchell Cotts and Company), London, and has been renamed Cape St. Francis. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
