RATIFICATION BY BRITAIN. British Official Wireless. Rec. 6.5 p.m. K«gby, July 31. It was stated in the House of Commons to-day with reference to the ratification of the London naval treaty in respect to the United Kingdom, that the instrument of ratification had been signed by the King and would be deposited simultaneously with the ratifica.tion in respect to the Dominions- and India, and the ratification of the United States and Japan, when all the parties to the treaty were in a position to-bring-.the’ treaty into force in accordance with Article 24.
