DUNEDIN’S PACIFIC CRUISE
VISITS PAID TO ISLANDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The warship Dunedin returned to Auckland this afternoon after five weeks’ cruise in the Pacific, during which she called at a number of British and French possessions. At Tonga Commodore Blake paid an official call on Queen Salote, and much hospitality was shown the officers and crew. At Noumea five happy days were, spent. Both at Vila and Noumea the. Commodore, laid wreaths on the French war memorials. On the way back to New Zealand th® Dunedin called at Norfolk Island.
