RIGHTS IN COURT PRQCEEDINGS. (By Wire—Parliamentary .Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. Notice was given by Mr. W. J. Polson (Stratford) in the House of Representatives to-day to ask the Minister of Justice whether the Government will consider the amendment of the Industrial Conciliatmn and Arbitration legislation to enable organisations representing primary producers to place evidence before the Arbitration Court during the hearing of any dispute having a close bearing on their industry, and awards concerning which affect the costs of carrying on such industry.
