GJJIES AT FIRE STATION. The New Plymouth Fire Brigade Bowling Club held, a card evening at:the station last night. The “Insides” defeated the-“ Outsides” by 17 games of cribbage to 12 and bv 16 games of five hundred to 12. In the following details the “Outsides” are mentioned first:— Cribbage. —J. Austin and C. McLeod 5 v. H. and J. Inch 7; S. Higgs and F. Newell 7 v. J. Johnson and F. Roberts 10. Five hundred. —A. Kivell and F. Gable 4 v. L. Hartley and R. Goodwin 4; S. Roberts and J. Hefford 3 v. L. Street and F. Doughty 2j R. H. Sole and C. Harvey 3 v. R. Ford and H. Woodhead 3; W. Roberts and 0. Duffill 2 v. W. Way and W. Roch 7.
